LIC ADO Exam Results 2013

Life Insurance Corporation of India conducted the written examination for Apprentice Development officer (ADO) on 02-02-2013 and 03-02-2013 . The Available number of vacancies is 5201 for this post . So the number of applicants was increased . Every candidate was waiting for this exam . The region wise posts are ( central zone-349 posts , east central zone -564 posts, north central zone -569 posts, east zone-669 posts , north zone -817 posts , south zone -679 posts , west zone -941 posts , south central zone-613 posts )

because the vacancies is to much more the 5200+ and due to oriented job and who are selected they have to achieve the objectives .....which always is to hire more than 15 new agents and upto 11 lakhs rupee policy in 12 months.....and the interviews for the new agents will be conduct online.It will totally depend on you how you give training to new agents.totally your management skills is needed.; 2/27/2013 5:07 am

Anonymous said...: this is the annual closing month so all banking and financial company is busy in closing so they have no time till 31 of march . so all LIC officers are busy in that they have no interest in result thus result will come in 1 week of april. Ado is a purly marketing job.which on the basis of CTC,.
IF YOU recruit required no. of agents & generate targeted lic policies and premium in your apprenticeship.then you will confirm as DO. But above business performance is required in increasing as year by year.
So due to tipical market condition & high competetion so many ADO were terminated in past recruitment processes.; 3/12/2013 5:57 am
